Superman does some quick thinking and remembers that one of Wonder Woman's weaknesses is having a man weld her bracelets together. The Super Friends realized this was a gender specific weakness after the frustrated Welding Torch Lass was unable to defeat Wonder Woman. Incidentally, in the Bat Computer tape readout files, Wonder Woman's other listed weaknesses are: nuclear explosions, removal of brain, and being a girl.
